Shipping policy

All customers (UK and international) will get FREE shipping when spending £100 and over!

Delivery of your item is usually between 21-28 days but can take longer in some circumstances.

We will send you an email confirmation provided with a tracking number once the item has left truly exquisite which you will be able to track on the courier's website.

We will only ship to credit card addresses only.

Truly Exquisite ship from Monday to Friday with exception of holidays. shipments outside the EU may take longer due to customs clearances.

Please note that your international order may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. Any additional charges are not included in the price of your order and is solely the customers responsibility as we have no control over these charges and can not predict what these charges would be. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information as customs policies vary from country to country. You may also be charged customs/taxes if an item is being sent back to you after repair, it is your responsibility to make sure you cover any custom charges and will not be the responsibility of Truly Exquisite in any way. 

If Truly Exquisite have to cover any charges you will be billed for appropriate charges and costs. If the item is returned back from the courier due to failure of delivery for any reason, the customer would need to cover the additional charges for us to resend your item.
