Most of our products are made to order and there is an average lead time of 21-28 working days for your order to be customised and sent out once the design has been approved. Some new exclusive products may take up to 8 weeks but this will be made clear from the start.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY ONCE MY ORDER IS READY?
We ship our orders via DHL/Fedex/UPS or Royal Mail in the UK. All of our shipments are fully insured. Most deliveries can take between 1 -3 working days. Please note that deliveries can be delayed by customs.
